Dual Power Supply Unit for Manual Arc Welding - ADD-2x2501V U1 for Independent Work

The unit is designed to power two independent posts of manual arc welding with a covered electrode, as well as to power power power tools and lighting during autonomous work in the field. The unit provides for each station:

welding current regulation by high-frequency transistorised key (chopper); smooth stepless (including remote) regulation of the current over the entire range; no-load voltage limitation; short-circuit current boosting; protection against prolonged short-circuit with the electrode; selection of electrode coating type: basic or cellulose. The unit is equipped with a new generation welding generator, which has no analogues in Russia, with high welding properties in any spatial position of the electrode. There is no mutual influence of the posts. Chopper has protection of power transistors from overheating and overvoltage at the input.
