Dual Material 3D Printer Alpha 2 for Enhanced Printing Capabilities

The new generation Alpha 2 printer is made of aluminium machine profile and steel with an innovative extruder for printing two materials simultaneously. Developed by engineers at the Centre for Additive Technology, the extruder is equipped with two nozzles, allowing complex elements to be printed using soluble supports. The Alpha 2 is equipped with a graphic LCD display and SD-card reader for stand-alone operation without PC connection.

The 1.6 times larger printing area (compared to other desktop 3D printers) expands the range of products produced on the Alpha 2. The Alpha 2 has an enclosed housing (aluminium profile/composite). 2 extruders Printing speed up to 100 mm/s FDM / FFF printing technology.
