DME 734 Radio Beacon for DME Signal Formation and Navigation

The product is designed to form in space signals with DME format (omnidirectional ultra-high-frequency and navigation and landing modes), containing information about the distance of any point of the Product's coverage area from the place of its installation, and signals for identification of the Product. The Product is ground-based equipment of the range-based aircraft navigation system with DME signal format, defined by ICAO documents as the main means of short-range navigation on air routes and in the aerodrome area. At the place of operation, the Product equipment is located either in a standard GP 734 glide beacon cabinet (as part of ILS 734), or in a standard VOR 734 azimuthal beacon cabinet, or in a separate standard cabinet installed in the control room or fixed heated facilities.
