Description

For mounting/dismounting operations of heat-sensitive electronic components with limited heating rate. For these purposes, the soldering station is equipped with a double-circuit pulse thermopincer or pulse soldering iron. The soldering pulse time and the heating rate of the pulse tool are controlled and monitored by the digital control system of the soldering station.

The heating rate is determined by the power supplied to the pulse tool, which is controlled by the operator. The pulse soldering station is very convenient for repairing and manufacturing cable products. The technology of soldering pins of multi-row connectors using a single-circuit thermal tweezers is safe for neighbouring wires.

Gentle stripping of insulation from wires with the pulse tool does not cause burning and does not overheat thin cable cores.
