Description

The deodorisation unit P8-ODU is designed for vacuum degassing of liquid food products (cream, milk) in the process of heat treatment.
The unit is used to improve the taste of the product by reducing the content of dissolved gases, feed aromatic substances and flavour-forming components formed during storage of raw milk.
