Current Transformers TGM Series for Accurate Measurement and Protection

Transformer is designed to transmit information to measuring instruments, protection, signalling, automation and control devices. It has a supporting arm-shaped construction and consists of a base with a secondary winding clamping box located on it, an insulating cover, as well as a metal cylindrical body with copper hardware clamps of the primary winding. The active part of the transformer is housed in the case and consists of a copper primary winding and several secondary windings insulated with paper insulation.

The secondary windings consist of copper wire and toroidal cores. The transformer is hermetically sealed and filled with transformer oil. Metal surfaces of the transformer are made of weather-resistant alloys or have a protective coating.

The equipment produced is certified by PJSC ROSSETI. The design of these transformers makes it possible to drastically reduce the amount of maintenance required and significantly improve reliability and measurement accuracy.
