Cultivator KP-4.0A for Soil Preparation and Weed Control

The steam cultivators are designed for fallow and pre-sowing tillage and weed killing. The cultivators are equipped with a lancet tine with a crumbling angle of 12°, spring three-row harrows and rollers. The working depth of the lancet tines is up to 10 cm.

The lancet tine grip is 250 mm. The lancet tines are mounted on spring-loaded legs, the angle of tine entry into the soil is adjusted by a spring. The spring harrows have 4 positions for adjusting the working depth.

The roller works in both passive and active position, depending on the type of cultivation. Excellent crumbling and levelling of the soil across the length and width of the field is achieved by 5-6 rows of the working elements. The crop residue cutting is 100 per cent due to 55 per cent overlap of the tines.
