Cross Tramway Junction R30 with Flexible Points for Smooth Rail Direction Change

Special construction of rail tracks, serving for connection, branching and crossing of tram tracks, in order to direct the movement of rolling stock from one track to another. The transfer consists of the following products: four R30 tramway arrows with flexible sharps; four crosses; counter-rails and rails of connecting tracks; a set of parts and fastenings. The arrow includes: external and internal bodies made in the form of castings of high-manganese steel with welded rail ends fixed on the carriage; flexible shackles made of steel of increased hardness; drive or traction. The arrow is equipped with accessories for the heating system of the outer and inner bodies of the arrow. The ramp is operated outdoors in macroclimatic regions of temperate and cold climate as a product UHL1 according to GOST 15150. The ramp is designed to allow the passage of rolling stock with wheel bands according to GOST 25712.
