The corn harvesting device is designed, in combination with self-propelled combine harvester, for harvesting corn of technical ripeness for food and fodder grain on flat fields with a slope of not more than 8 degrees.
The device in combination with a combine harvester should perform the following operations:
- separation of maize cobs from the stalks and feeding them into the combine thresher;
- cutting, shredding and spreading of leaf-stalk mass over the field.
The attachment can be used for sunflower harvesting after re-equipment with an additional set of replacement parts for sunflower harvesting.
