Cord 8 Auxiliary Rope for Versatile Applications - 8 mm Diameter

Rep cord with low stretch coefficient. Can be used for organising a station, cordelette, as a prusik, attaching gear etc. and for raising/lowering gear.

The cords are intended solely for auxiliary purposes in mountaineering, tourism, also used in industrial climbing. These products are not intended to be used as main ropes. Braided rope is made of polyamide yarns.

The cords are recommended for tying clinching knots, including the Prusik knot. The grapevine knot should be used for tying loops.
