Convection Oven Loading Trolley TSH-PK for Efficient Baking Sheet Transport

Trolley TSh-PK-16 for PK-16M is designed for moving 16 baking sheets 600x400 and placing the trolley inside the working chamber of the convection oven. Trolley TSh-PR-20 for PR-20M is designed for moving 20 functional GN 1/1 containers and placing the trolley inside the working chamber of the combi steamer. The rolling trolleys consist of a base made of stainless steel AISI 304.

On the base there are rollers necessary for placing the trolley inside the chamber of the combi steamer (convection oven). Also on the base there are trays for water collection. On the frame there is a locking device necessary for fixing the functional containers.

The trolley is equipped with a removable handle, made of stainless steel, for convenient and safe movement of the trolley.
