- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- moist heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. Cooking is carried out in automatic mode by setting the required temperature and time values. Injection is carried out both in automatic mode and in manual mode. The body and the inner surface of the oven cavity are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the oven cavity allow for excellent cooking results.
