Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-4E (hereinafter - oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes:
- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. Cooking is carried out in manual mode by setting the required temperature and time values with knobs. Injection is carried out in manual mode. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber allow for a perfect cooking result.
