Condensate Pump 1Ks 12-110 for Efficient Fluid Transfer in Power Plants

Condensate pumps type 1Ks 12-110 and electric pump units on their basis are designed for pumping condensate or fresh water with pH=6,8...9,2 in steam and water networks of thermal power plants operating on organic fuel. The pump is centrifugal, horizontal, sectional, with unilateral arrangement of impellers. The suction connection is located in the suction casing and is directed to the right of the horizontal axis of the pump (drive side).

The discharge connection is in the discharge casing and points vertically upwards. The tightness of the joints between the sections, suction casing, screw casing and discharge casing is ensured by rings made of heat-resistant rubber. The pump end seals are gland seals.
