Comprehensive Video Monitoring, Access Control, and Alert System (KSM) for Enhanced Security

KSM is a hardware-software complex having in its composition several subsystems, including:
-subsystem of video surveillance, including cameras located in the foyers of the ground floors of houses, lifts, basements and attics, controlling the adjacent territories, as well as social facilities and intersections;
-access control subsystem to entrances, basements and attics;
-video intercom subsystem with a street call panel on the entrance door, including an emergency button for communication with the Situation Centre;
-subsystem of notification of the population about emergency situations and about works and events of local and urban character;
-Unified Monitoring Centre (UMC) - a situation centre, whose personnel maintains and manages the IMS, as well as controls the operational situation and communicates with emergency services of the city and public utilities.
