Complete Upgrade Kit for CND K-210(215)-12.8 Turbine Block for Enhanced Efficiency

CND modernisation kit K-210(215)-12,8 is a flow part of low pressure cylinder (LPC) of steam turbine K-210-130-3M3, which converts potential energy of steam into mechanical work and is intended for generator drive. The set consists of the following main parts: - stator parts of the flow part; - one-piece forged low-pressure rotor (LPR) supported on two sliding bearings. High performance and reliability of the steam turbine are ensured by: - aerodynamic experimental tests of blades, confirming their reliability and efficiency;- smooth meridial contours of the flowing part;- new improved designs of seals;- introduction of modern progressive methods of designing and technologies and equipment. Their serviceability is guaranteed for more than 40 years and inter-repair period is not less than 6 years.
