Compact Wire Feeding Mechanism FORSAZH-MP5 for Welding Applications

The small-sized wire feeder FORSAJ-MP5 is used as a part of welding semiautomatic machines when welding in the environment of active or inert gases using solid or flux-cored wire with a diameter of 0.6 - 2.2 mm. It is certified according to RD 03-614-03 (NAKS). Small size and weight of the welding wire feeder allow to work even in cramped conditions.

FORSAGE-MP5 is designed on the basis of four-roller feed drive "Cooptim" (Hungary), which provides high torque, stability and smoothness of feed, reduces wire compression during pulling, thus simplifying work with soft wires. FORSAGE-MP5 can be used for feeding different types of wire (self-shielded, powder, solid, etc.). Interchangeable guide sleeves and drive rollers provide easy adjustment of the mechanism for different wire diameters.
