Combined Mixer-Aerator for Efficient Mixing and Aeration MAP-R/V460/750/21

Purpose: Combined barbotage-mechanical mixing device, which performs mixing by means of a screw (propeller) agitator, air supply to the screw zone and flow distribution to a depth of up to 9 m. Advantages: Very efficient combined agitation, the homogenised mixture (water, suspended particles with air) takes longer to settle due to the aerolift effect. Deodorisation (odour reduction) of manure by air supplied at depth and distributed over the tank volume. Reliability and durability, minimal maintenance, low operating costs. The device is placed on the technological chassis, which allows to move it by towing method, as well as to place it in the lagoon without using lifting mechanisms. When the mixer-aerator is operating, the chassis protects the bottom and walls of the lagoon from damage, acting as a bottom support in case of insufficient depth.
