Collet Chuck 120 mm BB.CC.120.11.200 for External Clamping Applications

Tsanga clamping collet diameter of 120 mm, designed to clamp the workpiece on the collet chuck for the outer contour. The collet is mounted on a collet chuck corresponding to the diameter. The collet surface can be machined to any workpiece contour.

The collet is made in the form of eight split segments. The clamping stroke per collet segment ranges from 0 mm to 0.15 mm. The outer diameter of the collet is 120 mm.

Overall collet height 46 mm. Maximum depth for machining to the workpiece contour 20 mm. Thread for fixing the collet on the chuck M10.

The collet delivery set includes: collet clamping, hexagon socket screw, sealing ring. The collet material is high-strength aluminium alloy. Weight 1,1 kg.
