CNC Lathe Machine ST16A25/2000 for Precision Metal Cutting Applications

These machines are designed for chuck and centre machining of external and internal surfaces of parts of the body of rotation type. The machines can be used for turning: turning, boring, machining of tapered and shaped surfaces, face trimming, grooving, thread cutting with a cutter, machining of parts such as covers, flanges, bushings, shafts, short axes, small housings, cups, coupling halves, machining of internal surfaces with centre tools. Machining can be carried out in one or several passes in an automatic cycle in two coordinates simultaneously.

The cast bed and well ground guideways ensure high reliability, accuracy and stability of the machine. The working space is covered with protective covers. The machine has easy access to the movable CNC console.

Electric tool turret for 6 tools is included in the basic equipment of the machine.
