Description

The machine is designed for turning in chuck and centres of parts with straight, stepped and curved profile. -The range of spindle speed control allows the machining of products from both conventional ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloy steels. -Rigid cast iron solid-cast bed, subjected to the process of artificial ageing to remove internal stresses, guarantees long-term stability of the geometric accuracy of the machine.

-Wider (up to 510 mm) prismatic and flat slides, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, ensure high durability. -Surfaces of travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scaled and coated with a special anti-friction coating for travelling with minimum wear. -Optical rulers on all axes (optional).

The machine has modifications CA500C10F4, CA500C15F4, CA500C20F4, CA500C30F4.
