CNC Lathe Machine BSS.16.F3M for High-Precision Small Parts Manufacturing

CNC lathe BSS.16.F3M, produced by LLC "Altai Geophysical Plant", is designed for manufacturing of small-sized parts of increased accuracy and is equipped with CNC system and the main elements of drives produced by "Fanuc". The machine has a possibility to use automatic feeding of the workpiece (bar) through the motor-spindle with diameter up to 42 mm. Machining is carried out by means of the automatic bar feeder included in the machine.

Linear motors provide higher precision (digital) movements of the work table and tool. Magnetic encoders provide the most accurate and most flexible control of angular and linear movements compared to optical and linear encoders. Composite material bed effectively absorbs temperature and mechanical effects, provides stable manufacturing accuracy better than steel and cast iron beds.
