Centrifugal Pump SIN67 - Efficient Transport of Abrasive Mixtures

Analogue GSHN-250. Pumping of various abrasive hydraulic mixtures (clay, sand, gravel) with density from 950 to 1250 kg/m3, volume concentration of solid inclusions up to 10% with the largest particle size up to 3 mm, temperature from +5 to +60 degrees Celsius. Advantages: low weight, small overall dimensions compared to similar pumps due to monoblock design; simplicity of construction allows easy adjustment of clearances and necessary repairs.

Double mechanical shaft seal, whose rubbing pairs are made of tungsten carbide, resistant to abrasive media. This significantly improves reliability, reduces maintenance costs and downtime. The shaft seal is mounted in an oil chamber, which prevents failure during dry running.

Inspection tubes on the seal housing allow the oil level and contamination level to be monitored and the used oil to be drained and new oil to be added.
