Hip prosthesis of cemented fixation for primary arthroplasty with a wide size range. The hip component consists of a monobloc stem and head for total hip arthroplasty.
The acetabular component is a cup with three modifications. The cement fixation stem is wedge-shaped in the frontal and sagittal planes and has a rectangular profile in cross-section; the effectiveness of this design has been confirmed by the world experience of clinical application.
The bowls have a support system that ensures the formation of a uniform cement mantle. Only titanium alloys are used in the constructions, which, in comparison with imported products, provides endoprostheses with high biological and mechanical compatibility with the organism, high corrosion resistance, allows to reduce the weight load on the implant side by 2 times, to minimise the wear of polyethylene in the movement units, to reduce the risk of infectious complications.
