The harrow is designed for use in agricultural production in various soil and climatic zones for cultivation of soil not clogged with stones to a depth of up to 15 cm. "Carbon D 4000 disc harrow" is the basic model, an implement with a working width of 4.3 m, discs with a diameter of 560 mm, distance between discs in a row of 250 mm.
The harrow is equipped with 400 mm diameter rollers. The harrow consists of a frame structure, on the supporting bars of which two rows of working tools are mounted on spring struts, which perform undercutting, loosening and crushing of soil with plant residues.
The discs are followed by rollers, which fulfil the function of rolling the soil and crushing clods. Because the harrow discs are mounted on individual spring struts, the soil is better fluffed, loosened and weeds are destroyed more effectively without clogging the space between the discs.
