UKDUP-AM Calibration Installation for Precise Angle Sensor Testing

The verification unit UKDUP-AM is designed for verification and control of rotary angle sensors of L178 series, as well as universal rotary angle sensors of DPS U series and rotary angle sensor DPS-11. The unit is designed as a cabinet. In the right part of the cabinet there are interface module MI and electric drive control unit BUE, which includes: cross-module KM, power module MP1, power module MP2, motor control module MCE and switching module MK. In the left part of the cabinet there is a motor unit and a frequency converter controlling the motor operation by commands received from the computer. On the front part of the unit there is a START/STOP button for switching the unit on/off with an inbuilt indicator of the switched-on state and connectors L178, DPS-U for connection of the corresponding type of rotary angle sensors under test. The upper part of the installation is used for placing and fixing the tested steering angle sensor.
