Bucket Elevator NС-10 for Efficient Grain and Powder Transport

Bucket elevators (elevators) of HC-10 type can be used for transportation of grain, floury products, cake at flour and fodder mills, elevators, drying and cleaning towers, bread-receiving stations, oil production enterprises. The elevators are manufactured in climatic version "U" category 1 according to GOST 15150. The principle of operation is as follows.

Grain enters the elevator shoe through the loading sock. The drive through a clutch turns the drive sprocket and drives the chain with the buckets attached to it. As the buckets pass around the sprocket, they are loaded and lifted to the elevator head, where they are unloaded into the discharge spigot under the action of centrifugal force.
