BIV 7A Photovideo Measurement Complex for Vehicle Speed Detection and Monitoring

The hardware-software measuring complexes with photo-video fixation "BIV 7" are designed for measuring the speed of vehicles in automatic mode by video frames and radar method, in the control zone and on the controlled road section, measuring the current time values synchronised with the national time scale UTC(SU) and determining the coordinates of the complexes, as well as photo-video fixation of administrative offences in the field of road traffic.
The complex is a special technical means operating in automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions to ensure fixation of administrative offences with vehicle tracking algorithm.
Modification of complexes BIV 7/A includes a video sensor, combined in a single housing with a video camera, controller with software.
