This machine is a cut-down version of the SG2-100 multifunctional belt grinding machine. It is designed for grinding and polishing round tubes from 10 to 76 mm in diameter.
The pulling speed is adjusted by tilting the wheel and is 0-10 m/min. This model is designed to work with endless grinding belts with length of 1830x100 mm.
In the basic configuration the machine has the following modules: contact wheel 250x100 mm, module SG2/3C for centreless grinding of round pipes. Also to this version of the machine it is recommended to install a coolant module to reduce the amount of dust, belt and workpiece cooling (purchased separately).The whole line of SG2 series machines is characterised by quick and easy replacement of working tools and grinding belt, as well as a wide range of optional equipment for a variety of tasks
