The valves are used as a shut-off device on main pipelines and technological lines for transportation of natural gas and other non-aggressive media with temperature from -60°C to +80°C. It is possible to manufacture valves in accordance with the requirements of API-6D standard (valves of MA39025 series). Connection to pipeline: under welding for DN 200-1400; with one-sided flange connector for DN 500, 700. It is possible to produce ball valves DN 200-1000 flanged with mating flanges, as well as ball valves DN 200-1400 with adapter rings. The body of the valves consists of two pressed hemispheres welded together; the seal of the gate is made of elastomeric material; the design of the gate assembly provides the function of DPE; the gate is made according to the scheme "plug in supports"; the valves are full-bore and have a coefficient of hydraulic resistance not more than 0.1; the height of the extension - at the request of the customer.
