AIP 26-331-A Li-ion Battery for Mechatronic Systems Power Supply

Autonomous power supply (APS) is designed to provide power supply for mechatronic systems and complexes. The built-in charger allows the device to charge and supply the load at the same time, provided that the 32 V power supply unit can provide the full current consumption of the load + AIP charging current (can be reduced if the power supply unit power is insufficient). The AIP is equipped with a Life Cycle Management System (LCMS) with the following functions: Protection against cells being deeply discharged and, conversely, being overcharged.

Cell balancing, and protection against excessive unbalancing in extreme operating conditions. Battery protection against cell overheating, protection against output short-circuits. Charging of the battery from DC voltage by the inbuilt battery charger.

Indication of the current charge level is available via SMBus interface using the SBS v1.1 protocol.
