Autonomous Equipment Complex for Internal Surface Cleaning of Freight Cars

Designed for processing (washing, rinsing) of various freight cars (gondola cars, covered and hoppers) from under various bulk and bulk cargoes. High autonomy and mobility of the complex is achieved by the fact that all systems providing wagon processing are placed on the chassis of a lorry. Washing of wagons is carried out by means of high-pressure apparatus with the possibility of heating the washing water and, if necessary, adding reagents.

Vacuum pumping is used to remove the used washing water, which is provided by a telescopic suction system. The spent rinse water is discharged into a storage hopper equipped with a hydraulic tipping system and nozzles for rinsing the hopper when discharging contaminants. To provide clean rinsing water, the vehicle is equipped with a consumption tank.

The proposed complex provides washing of up to 30 wagons per day depending on their contamination.
