Automated Welding Line MTM-289.03 for Efficient Reinforcement Frame Production

Welding machine MTM-289.03 is designed for manufacturing of reinforcement frames from longitudinal bars with diameter 4-12 mm and transverse bars with diameter 4-8 mm.

Reinforcing bars intended for welding shall be free of rust, scale and contaminants preventing welding.

Curvature of longitudinal and transverse rods must not exceed 2mm per 1m length.

The stationary machine is designed for operation in production premises at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at ambient air temperature from 5 to 35C, relative humidity (at 25C) not more than 80% and cooling water temperature from 3 to 30C.
