Automated installation for luminescent capillary control "KAMA-1600"

KAMA-1600 units are designed for non-destructive capillary control of various with the help of penetrating substances. Diameter of the rotary table for placing parts - 1500 mm. Materials of products - stainless steels and non-ferrous alloys.

The control is carried out by a set of flaw detection materials LUM33-OV according to 1 conventional level of sensitivity according to GOST 18442-80 (especially high level according to OST 1 90282). The unit provides detection of defects coming to the surface with minimum opening width of 1 micron and less. Climatic execution - UHL 4.2 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
