Automated Control and Testing System for Mi-8 Helicopters – KPK-4 SPAN.441460.039

Control and test complex KPK-4 is an automated system of control and measurement of electrical parameters of onboard instrumentation equipment of Mi-8, 8MT, 8MTV, 8AMT helicopters and their modifications. KPC-4 performs check of autopilots AP-34B series 2, consoles 6C2.390.007-3; units 6C2.399.000; amplifiers 9A2.032.022, 1602 (1602M); sensors 6C2.553.002; indicators IN-4; blocks 1479B, BS-34, BF 34, BSG. KPC-4 technical means function under control of system and application software installed on PC.

The user interface allows: to enter passport data of the tested equipment; to manage the test process; to save the test results in the database. The hardware part of PDA-4 measures electrical parameters and generates control actions. Implementation of user interface and use of PC allows: to increase labour productivity; to reduce the influence of human factor.
