APSHPT is designed to:- receive electricity and charge accumulator batteries from rectifier/charger 24 V DC in normal operation mode of EES;- receive electricity from accumulator batteries 24 V DC in emergency operation mode of EES and supply emergency (non-disconnected) consumers of electricity;- distribute electricity on consumers' feeders and protect them from short-circuit and overload currents;- provide interconnection with the TC CSU;- continuous automatic control of insulation resistance.
