API adapters are used for use with liquid petroleum products and other hazardous substances of hazard class 3 according to ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road), whose vapour pressure at 50 ºC does not exceed 110 kPa (including petrol) and which are not classified as toxic or corrosive.
