Anti-icing Towable Machine APM-1 (APM-1/2) for Effective Aircraft De-icing

Anti-icing trailer machine is designed to remove ice and prevent icing of aircraft hulls by spraying de-icing compounds to ensure safe take-off. The machine is made on the basis of a trailer or technological trolley (at the customer's choice). Depending on the customer's requirements it is possible to produce machines with different characteristics: tank volume, processing height, power source, etc. The APM provides the following technological operations: filling of its own tank by top loading; heating of coolant mixtures in the tank up to the set temperature; mixing of coolant mixtures during heating (at the customer's request); transportation of liquids to the places of aircraft processing by additional vehicle; application of mixtures (heated coolant) through the spray tip on the surface of stationary aircraft; accounting of pumped liquid; control of the level of liquids in the tank; draining of unused coolant from the tank by gravity flow, etc.
