The unit is a microbiological safety box The MBS is designed to reduce the risk of contamination of the operator while working with dangerous or potentially dangerous microorganisms. for protection of materials, with which work is carried out, from contamination of the environment to protect the environment from pathogenic biological agents contained in the materials being handled. PMB is used to equip individual workplaces in medical, pharmaceutical and other institutions with high requirements to air purity. The PMB shall be a sterile laminar air flow cabinet with a working opening through which the operator can carry out manipulations inside the PMB. The PMB shall be designed so that the risk of operator contamination, product contamination and cross-contamination is low and the removal of emerging contaminants is ensured by high-efficiency HEPA or ULPA air filters in accordance with GOST R EN 1822-1, thus protecting the environment from contaminants.
