It is used as a loading device, specially designed for use in agriculture. TONAR agricultural trailed machine model SPM-16 (hereinafter referred to as the trailed machine) is a three-axle, all-metal body with a rear wall with an upper axis of rotation.

Side wall locking is of mechanical or hydraulic type. The trailed machine is designed for operation in areas with moderate climate, at ambient air temperature from minus 10°C to plus 30°C, relative air humidity up to 80% at plus 20°C.
