Adjustable Student Chair "Alter" for Comfortable Learning in Grades 5-7

The product is based on a sturdy frame made of steel tube of flat-oval and square cross-section. The support part of the frame is made of a post with a cross-section of 40x20x1,5 mm, welded at an angle of 75 degrees to the supports made of profile pipe 25x25x2 mm. The upper, reciprocal part of the frame is made of a steel tube of flat-oval cross-section 45x25x1,5 mm.

The rigidity of the frame is ensured by a strong frame under the seat. The frame is painted with polyester powder paint. All ends of the frame pipes are covered with plastic plugs to avoid injury.

Seat height adjustment is telescopic, with a step of 40 mm. It is fixed with 4 ISO 7380 M6x16 screws. The height of the product is adjustable: 420-460-500mm (5-6-7g height).

The backrest and seat are made of 9 mm thick birch plywood, lacquered. Dimensions of the backrest - 380x170 mm, of the seat - 380x380 mm. The seat with a squeeze and a bend in the front edge, the backrest is radiused with a lumbar bend in the lower part.
