Description

A dump truck with three-sided (two-sided) unloading, designed for transporting bulk goods of national economy and agricultural products (grain, seed). One hydraulic cylinder, unloading angle on two sides - 45 degrees, back - 25...30 degrees. Dump body made of 09G2S steel has its own design features to keep working capacity and fulfil its functionality during the whole service life.

The body is equipped with seals and components that ensure safety, reliability and convenience in operation. The tipper body can be executed in two variants: <ol> <li>Board panels made of NEXT profile, which allows to carry universal cargoes,</li> <li>lightweight, the panels of boards from M-profile, which allows to carry a larger volume of cargo.</li> </ol>.

Rear wall design

The tailgate can be made in three versions: 1) fixed. rigidly fixed to the body; 2) one-piece tailgate opens to the side; 3) 300mm high top part on the lower linkage. middle part is fixed. 850mm high bottom part on the upper linkage.

Side panel design

For the tipper body made of next profile, the hinging of the side boards can be made in 3 (three) versions: 1) upper board - with upper hinging. lower board - with lower hinging. height of the lower board 500mm (book version. next profile); 2) side boards
