Designed for grinding meat and fish for minced meat and stuffing sausages (kupatov) at catering enterprises (canteens, cafes, restaurants), in small sausage shops and farms. The meat grinders are equipped with a powerful electric motor and a reliable gear cylindrical reducer, allowing to process even heavily veined meat.
The product includes:
drive mechanism - to power the meat grinder attachment; meat grinder attachment - for preparing minced meat and fish;
a set of "full unger" knives.
Additional options:
grating with 3 mm holes (mince pate);
the following attachments are suitable for the drive of this machine: MR; MI; MB; RF.
