The ULS consists of several sections. Hot air circulation for each section is performed separately. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special fan to remove moisture.
The hot air passes through a mesh belt, during which the moisture is vaporised. The mesh belt moves slowly and the speed can be easily adjusted to the material properties. The product at the outlet after drying falls continuously into a specially designed storage tank.
The number of sections can be selected according to the production requirements.
