This model is capable of not only direct movement, but also reversible movement. The conveyor can be operated in an enclosed production facility or with a canopy. The conveyor design includes: drive section (frame, drive head, coupling), gearbox, electric motor, belt transmission, box, thickening spigot, unloading section, tensioning head, chain with scrapers, sealing gaskets, overfill sensor, chain break sensor, fixing elements (bolts, nuts, brackets).
The drive head housing has a drive sprocket mounted on the shaft. In its lower part there is a discharge opening, and in the cover there is an inspection window. The loading port also has a sight glass. The discharge section is equipped with a drive and gate valve, worm gearbox, safety clutch, electric motor and elastic coupling.
The drive is two screws connected by means of a chain transmission. There are also limit switches to stop the motor in extreme positions. The cover of the section has a viewing window.
