Maximum (full) amplitude of movement - is the most important part of exercise performance.Correct trajectory of movement - anatomically the most favourable for effective work of the target muscles in the exercise. Load: training discs or Olympic discs with a 51 mm diameter bore (available separately). Instruction manual with illustration and description of exercises, QR code with a link to a video with the correct performance of exercises on the simulator.
The simulator supports are rubber feet D 120 mm * 20 mm. Their use provides stability, excellent grip on the floor and vibration absorption. The frame is made of 80 mm * 40 mm * 3 mm profiles with radial bends for maximum strength and rigidity.
The standard colour of the frame is metallic diamond.
