Reagent dosing units (hereinafter referred to as BDR) are designed for regulated dosed supply of chemical reagents (liquid demulsifiers, inhibitors of corrosion, hydrate formation, wax deposits, salt deposition and other reagents), oil products, water and other process fluids.
BDRs are used in oil and gas production: in the transport, processing of liquids and gases in the chemical and oil industry.
BDRs are products with variable composition, the composition is formed by selecting the ordered sets, composition of devices and equipment, determined by the customer and based on the requirements of current regulatory documents.
The requirements of these technical specifications are mandatory.
The main operational constraints on the application of BDRs:
