FS22M, is an electric edger with a double milling cutter, which uses 8 carbide inserts of domestic production. Facer FS-22M is convenient and favourable, it is superior to foreign analogues for a number of reasons.
Firstly, domestic plates used in FS-22M are much cheaper than imported ones, secondly, they are fastened in a more reliable way, which is not the case with plates of Italian and Taiwanese edgers, which are often lost. Thirdly, the width of the chamfer up to 22 mm is not the limit for FS-22M, its modernised version with a cutter up to 26 mm and a three-phase motor has been produced for a long time, but there are no analogues in the world.
In single-phase version FS-22M has a supply voltage of 220V, overload protection (jamming), and is also equipped with a safety switch-off device, which prevents accidental start of the chamfering machine after interruption of power supply, and provides increased protection of the operator from electric shock. The protection class is increased to 1+ with an RCD.
