The unloading trolley is designed for unloading material at any point of the horizontal section of the belt conveyor on which it is installed and for loading the elements (conveyors, hoppers, warehouses) following in the technological line. The trolley moves along the conveyor on rails, which are laid on the structures of the above-hopper room.
The unloading trolley consists of a head trolley, supports, connecting frame with roller supports mounted on it, racks, transfer hopper, unloading chutes, platforms and ladders, guardrails and other auxiliary units (at the customer's request).
Unloading trolleys are made of standard metal constructions according to drawings agreed with the customer depending on productivity, overloaded material, conveyor belt width and conveyor belt speed.
