The purpose of the frequency converter.
Frequency converter is designed for installation in underground mine workings of mines and mines, hazardous by gas and dust for the purpose of stepless electric regulation of speed and torque of one, two or three-drive fans of local ventilation. The frequency converter has an intelligent microcontroller system consisting of a control controller and insulation control units (ICU), which realises the functions of protection, control, automation and signalling.
Cooling of the frequency converter is forced air cooling.
Operating conditions.
PPV can be operated under conditions normalised for the version UHL and placement category 5 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89. In this case:
the operating value of air temperature during operation - from minus 100C to plus 350C;
relative humidity of ambient air up to 98% at temperature plus 350C (GOST 15150-69 p.3.2);
dustiness of ambient air not more than 1000 mg/m3;
